Aussichtspunkt Zeppelinstraße
Due to its hillside location and the wonderful view over the Kessel, the viewpoint is something very special. Zeppelinstrasse is one of the most sought-after residential areas in Stuttgart. It offers an excellent view over the city center to the main train station, the Mercedes-Benz Arena and the Rotenberg all the way to the television tower on the right.
The viewpoint was opened by the Verschönerungsverein on October 25, 1958, when the mayor at the time, Arnulf Klett, dedicated it to Count Zeppelin, who was not only a member of the Verschönerungsverein and architect of the viewing platform, but also an honorary citizen of the city.
