In the former premises of Zum Heurigen in the idyllic Feuerbach valley, the Weitmann family and chef conjure up high-quality Swabian dishes with influences from Swiss cuisine in their new restaurant Baur's. Dining takes place in a rustic yet elegant interior with a view of the countryside. The homemade classics of Swabian cuisine are prepared exclusively from regional and organic ingredients.
