Besenwirtschaft Gerhard Zaiß

The Besenwirtschaft has existed since 1974 and initially only served food and drink in the rustic interior rooms. Since 1990, guests have also been able to enjoy the beautiful wine arbor with its Mediterranean flair during the summer months.

An ideal destination after a hike or cycle tour through Stuttgart's vineyard landscape or after a visit to the burial chapel on the Rotenberg!

Only home-made wine is served, along with typical broom dishes and snacks as well as a daily changing lunch menu.

The Besenwirtschaft is usually open in May and from mid-August to mid-September.

The Besen belongs to the Gerhard Zaiß winery.

Tips for getting there:
Drive through Untertürkheim in the direction of Rotenberg. On Württembergstraße, turn left at the TBU sports field/"Aspen" stop, after approx. 200m turn left again, then another 100m to the winery
or by bus line 61 to "Aspen" or line 60 to "Gehrenwald"
