The Wirtshaus Sanwald brewery attaches great importance to fresh ingredients as well as professional and traditional preparation. They prefer to source their products from local farmers. The spaetzle is scraped by hand and the Maultaschen are homemade, as are all the other dishes on offer. Fair prices are a top priority here, as is the importance of passing on the basic skills of Swabian cuisine to their trainee chefs in order to preserve and safeguard them for future generations.
