Buffalo and koi stand for the two national cuisines that are married here: In addition to traditional dishes from Japan and Vietnam, the family business also serves creative new compositions such as bowls with wild herb salad and sushi creations with salmon, asparagus and avocado, spicy mayonnaise and various types of fish. All of this is served indoors between lots of wood or on the large terrace.
