Café MELA
The fragrant coffee, which comes from selected fincas in Honduras, is certified according to Fairtrade standards. There, the beans are harvested by hand under optimal conditions and then processed into "Mela coffee" in the company's own roasting plant. The company's philosophy emphasizes sustainability and fair trade, which is why both environmentally friendly cultivation methods and fair payment of the farmers play a central role.
For those who don't like coffee, there are a variety of alternatives to quench their thirst: fresh smoothies, lemonades, refreshing cocktails or tea. In addition, the MELA cafés offer a wide range of breakfast options, including French and Mediterranean breakfasts as well as rich platters, egg dishes, pancakes and much more. At lunchtime, guests can enjoy salads, freshly baked bagels, pasta and manti. And for those with a sweet tooth, there are delicious cakes for dessert.
