We beam ourselves to the south of Vietnam, more precisely to the Mekong Delta. Amidst bamboo poles, indirect lighting and chic decorations, pho, bao burgers and other dishes tell a culinary story. We recommend the in-house cochin bowl, which is served with sushi rice and toppings such as rocket, avocado, tofu, salmon or prawns and a homemade sauce of your choice.
