Dim sum in China refers to small meals that can also be found on the restaurant's menu - including handmade dumplings, steamed xiao long bao and baked wan tan. Particularly noteworthy are the Shianxian stews, which are prepared according to a secret recipe and are known in the region as part of its culinary heritage.
