Besenwirtschaft Dreimädelhaus
The Dreimädelhaus bar is located at the foot of the vineyards in the picturesque wine village of Stuttgart Uhlbach. The burial chapel on the Württemberg in Rotenberg and the wine museum in Uhlbach offer attractive excursion possibilities. The Stuttgart wine trail leads directly past the winery.
Swabian regional cuisine is served with many specialties. These include, for example, braised pork cheeks, brawn from boiled beef and Maultaschen with potato salad - everything that Besenwirtschaft guests like. In addition, lentils and spaetzle, dishes with sauerkraut and crispy fried potatoes are always served. In the afternoon, there are home-baked cakes and warm oven bakes with coffee specialties.
Traditionally there are Viertele of Riesling, Trollinger and Schiller wine, as well as exquisite bottled wines. All wines and sparkling wines are produced by the Currle winery.
The broom usually hangs outside from mid-March to the beginning of May and in the fall from the end of September to the beginning of November. Current dates can be found on the website.
