Hans liebt Kuchen (engl.: Hans loves Cake) is a popular address for homemade cakes and pastries. In a bright and stylish ambience, the café offers space for up to 40 people inside and a further 30 seats on the sunny terrace. A separate room is available for smaller private events for up to 8 people.
The careful selection of regional and high-quality ingredients is particularly appreciated: Organic eggs from the Henzler organic farm and spelt flour from the Hegnacher Mühle mill form the basis for the cakes, tarts and pastries prepared fresh every day. In addition to classic recipes, the range also includes vegetarian and vegan options. Individual cakes or sweet tables can be pre-ordered for special occasions.
Behind Hans liebt Kuchen are Steffi and Sophie, two master confectioners who met during their training and have been inseparable ever since. In 2021, they graduated together from the master school for pastry chefs in Stuttgart and opened their first café in December of the same year.
