Oh, just once to reveal the secrets of Swabian-international cuisine... Jörg Ilzhöfer makes it possible! The SWR4 radio cooking expert takes his workshop participants by the hand and strolls through the weekly market with them as they go shopping together. Cooking takes place directly afterwards in "ILZHÖFER's event cooking school". This is located on the 4th floor of the "Tritschler Ideenparadies", so of course the balcony is boarded first. Over a glass of Kessler sparkling wine, you can take in the view of the market square and the rooftops of the city center. Then it's time to get to grips with the vegetables. Knives, march!
