Köhlerstüble
At Köhlerstübe in the heart of Stuttgart East, you can enjoy home-made, Swabian cuisine - and it's purely plant-based. In addition to vegan roast onion or seitan, tofu and chickpea-based sliced meat, the menu offers hand-scraped spaetzle, roast potatoes and other home-style classics. The food is cooked with fresh regional and seasonal ingredients.
The Köhlerstüble exudes a traditional and cosy atmosphere, which is not least due to the warm-hearted hosts, Dani and Andreas, and their two dogs, Rocky and Woody.
