Marienplatz Stuttgart (Marienplatz Square)

Urban scene in the south of Stuttgart: Around Marienplatz you will find everything you need to spend a relaxed day in a casual atmosphere! From fancy restaurants and cool bars to excellent (ice cream) cafés. The cogwheel railway starts its panoramic ascent to Degerloch from here, and if you want to go for a spin - the Stuttgart Wine Trail (Stadtmitte-Degerloch route) has its starting point here!

The “Zacke” station is just 50 metres from the Citytour bus stop. The trip up to Degerloch only takes ten minutes. Here you can either rejoin the Citytour (please note departure times) or take the “Zacke” back down again.
