Museum Fritz von Graevenitz
The ensemble of Solitude Palace includes the cavalier houses and the so-called "Outer Pavilion" on the main avenue leading up to the palace. The von Graevenitz family lived here from around 1906. In 1971, Jutta von Graevenitz - the wife - founded the museum for the sculptor and painter Fritz von Graevenitz.
From 1921 until his death in 1959, he worked as a freelance artist on the site next to his home and in two studios also located there. Selected works from his artistic oeuvre are on display in the Graevenitz Museum.
