Maria and Walter Engel are your hosts. Since 1986 the two of them have been joint proprietors of the Krone in Uhlbach, where the host himself still does the cooking. For 25 years now Walter Engel, a trained chef, has been preparing culinary delights at the stove, while Maria Engel is responsible for the attentive service.
