Rösch
A traditional restaurant such as Rösch, located on a street corner in the west of Stuttgart, is bound to have Swabian dishes on the menu, of course. But its proprietor, Uwe Genz, also places importance on using "regional produce fresh from the market". There's sometimes also Swabian cuisine with a Mediterranean bias, such as the traditional Maultaschen (filled pasta) served in the guise of ravioli.
