Thick stone walls and high ceilings - this is exactly how you imagine a medieval castle. After a stroll along the newly laid out paths through the park, there is a highlight for cheese fans: the "Ode to Parmesan" with Parmesan in five textures including Parmesan foam and red onions. The castle's cuisine is modern-Mediterranean with Italian accents. The restaurant was awarded a MICHELIN star in March 2020.
