Umami Ramen

The Japanese ramen bar serves handmade ramen in a strong broth that has been simmering for at least twelve hours. Toppings include wakame seaweed, mung bean sprouts, roasted pork and much more. The popular sake aperitif is served in the cozy, wood-panelled restaurant, either hot or chilled.
