WcW – Weinbau Claudio Wieder

Together with my wife Lena, I have been running a small artisanal "boutique winery" since 2020, where we work organically, sustainably and resource-efficiently according to Bioland guidelines. We largely do without technology in the vineyard and cellar. Much of our work is done by hand in the traditional way. For example, we press our wines on a restored mechanical basket press, let gravity work for us and use time as the most important factor to clarify and stabilize our wines in a natural way. We want our wines to express our soils, the vintage and our passion in the bottle as naturally and unadorned as possible.
