Weingut Zaißerei

The Zaißerei winery is located in Stuttgart-Münster in the protected landscape area between the banks of the Neckar and the sunny slopes above the riverbed. Now in its fifth generation, Andreas Zaiß stands for quality and tradition at this winery, in line with his philosophy - natural viticulture with an unmistakable character.

The Cannstatter Zuckerle is one of the best-known vineyards in Stuttgart. Andreas Zaiß is proud of the fact that most of his vines grow here. The terraced vineyards require a great deal of hard work and 100% manual labor, accompanied by a significant reduction in yield, which results in an increase in quality.

The wines of the Zaißerei winery reflect the characteristic conditions of their origin: on the one hand, the knowledge of the vines, on the other hand, the recognition of the peculiarities of the sites and climate. Andreas Zaiß strives to achieve a balance between proven tradition and new approaches in viticulture.

First and foremost, however, he is committed to producing top quality, typically German, typically Württemberg wines.

"Wine is an experience - experience our wines at the Stuttgart Wine Village from the end of August to the beginning of September or in the Zaiß wine bar in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt."

The Zaißerei has its own vinotheque for tasting, snacking and renting.
