The Zimmer family is a traditional winemaking family. The Zimmers have been growing grapes in Stetten, Beutelsbach and Strümpfelbach since 1615. The vineyards have been passed down from generation to generation right up to the present day. The specialties are homemade Maultaschen, meatballs with their own potato salad and oven-fresh tarte flambée. The food on offer ranges from hearty snacks and traditional broom dishes to light summer dishes. We also serve organic wines from our vineyard.
In winter and summer we currently serve outside, with a direct view of the Yburg and the top vineyards of Stetten.
