Rosi lives on a small pension and tries to supplement it with various offers

.Rosie Seidenspinner lives on a small pension. To supplement this, she plays cards for others and also uses two 0900 telephone numbers to earn some extra money with other "services". One very special customer is Mayor Max Brunner. He secretly goes to Rosie and asks her for help in political matters.
Everything is going well, if it weren't for her neighbor Edgar Holzer - a bachelor who constantly complains and insists that the house rules be observed. He sends the trade inspectorate in the form of Heribert Wagner after her. Then Gundula Wilhelm keeps popping in, who doesn't do anything without first clearing it with Rosie and the cards, and there's also the odd incident with hypochondriac Toni Eichblatt.
To top it all off, Rosie's sister Mary unexpectedly comes to visit from America - for the first time in 10 years. She doesn't agree with Rosi's life, but has a few secrets and problems of her own. Chaos slowly breaks out, because Rosi didn't see all this in her cards....
