About Pop 2025 - HUNGERGEFUEHL – FIESE LUISE – Aftershowparty

The concerts by HUNGERGEFUEHL and FIESE LUISE will take place as part of the About Pop Club and Showcase Festival 2025 in the Kulturbunker, followed by an after-show party. (Bunker capacity limited, no admission guarantee!)

From 8 pm - HUNGERGEFUEHL
The first musical steps were taken when the thin, pale boy got hold of his old guitar and decided to teach himself to play it again. He had always skipped his guitar lessons. Shortly afterwards, he played in a punk club, which gave him the inspiration he needed to start the HUNGERGEFUEHL project a few smoked cigarettes and a few half mon chéri's later. What else is there to say? If it's not lost, then it's still eating its way through #blumenausdreck.

From 9 pm - FIESE LUISE
Fiese Luise is cheeky to everything that lives coldly and heartlessly. The name, "Luise", means "famous fighter". It stands for the fearless nature of a protector of tender souls who are looking for their place in a tough world. She moves smoothly through post-punk, alt-pop & new wave while occasionally recognizing influences from folk. Ethereal voices sing about the struggle with one's own world of thoughts and the longing for closeness and security while floating over echoing guitars and synths. She lulls the listener into this cinematic-spherical bubble. A wondrous dream from which you don't want to wake up.

From 10 p.m. - AFTERSHOWPARTY BY TRANSMISSION
About-Pop-Aftershow in the Kulturbunker: the finest mix of wave, nu-metal, metalcore, (proto/post)punk, NDW and indie from the Transmission crew, hard-hitting on the dance floor.
