André Herrmann is a stand-up comedian, author and probably the best-known roaster in the German-speaking world. He has won the German Poetry Slam Championships twice. As an author, he conceives programs, writes gags for renowned TV shows (ZDF NeoMagazin Royale, heute-show, Late Night Berlin), develops and writes series for TV and streaming services. In front of the camera, he has published the "Roast of the Week" for Comedy Central over 100 times. His debut novel "Klassenkampf" was published by Voland & Quist in 2015. "Platzwechsel" followed in 2018. André has been touring live with his first solo program "Roast in Peace" since autumn 2022. In May 2024, his third novel "Schön war's, aber nicht nochmal. Vacation with the parents" was published by Rowohlt.
