André Rieu - Tour 2025

André Rieu is going on a big tour of Germany! The star violinist has announced a total of 15 concerts in Germany for the coming year. Rieu will open his world tour with a brand new program with his 60-piece orchestra on 22 January 2025 in Munich. This will be followed by dates in Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Mannheim, Hamburg, Berlin, Rostock and Hanover. In May 2025, he will perform in Chemnitz, Leipzig, Erfurt and Halle (Westphalia). Cologne, Frankfurt/Main and Oberhausen are on the agenda in the fall.

With over 40 million albums sold, more than 500 platinum awards, over 10 million Facebook followers, billions of views on YouTube and more than 700,000 visitors at over 80 concerts worldwide every year, the charismatic Dutchman is undoubtedly one of the most successful live acts in the world. His last tour of Germany was also a complete success. Together with his Johann Strauss Orchestra and numerous soloists, he thrilled over 100,000 spectators.

"It's always fantastic to perform in Germany and to feel the enthusiasm and passion of the fans. The atmosphere is unique and I can hardly wait to be there again. It will certainly be another unforgettable experience and I'm looking forward to sharing these wonderful moments with my fans," says Rieu.

In 2025, audiences can once again look forward to a romantic and colorful program of opera, hits, musicals, film music, evergreens and, of course, cheerful waltzes. André Rieu's incomparable concerts are not only characterized by his rousing music, but also by his humorous appearance, elaborate costumes, opulent stage decorations and spectacular lighting effects that delight people of all ages and backgrounds.

Before André Rieu comes to Germany in January, he will travel with his Johann Strauss Orchestra - the largest private orchestra in the world -, soloists and choir to Chile, Colombia, Eastern Europe and the Netherlands this year. He owns all the instruments and stage set-ups four times over in order to bridge transportation times. The touring team also includes three of his own chefs, a doctor and a fitness trainer.

His current DVD "Love is all Around" is a LIVE recording of his spectacular open-air concerts from 2023 at the historic Vrijthof in Maastricht. One of the highlights of the DVD is the emotional performance by 16-year-old exceptional singer Emma Kok, who moved the audience to tears with the French ESC song "Voilà" and became a viral hit.
