Music between flamenco and jazz
Andreas Arnold moves in the flamenco genre with a spontaneity and openness that undoubtedly stems from his jazz background. Together with Manel Fortia, double bass, and Israel Katumba, percussion, the trio from Cadiz in Andalusia plays with conviction and a natural sense of rhythm, but also always creates sufficient breathing space within the individual pieces.
