BERTA EPPLE - Das ganze Jahr geöffnet!

The Berta Epple trio - known throughout the country for their witty musical entertainment - travel to the Grandhotel Waldlust with a trolley full of instruments, where they have been booked for a colorful evening. But the hotel seems deserted. The foyer seems deserted, with the sound of the concierge's bell echoing eerily.
Problems in the hospitality industry are not uncommon in these times, so the three musicians temporarily take on the duties of the absent staff themselves and literally "slip" into the roles of receptionist, wagon master and lobby boy. Not without losing sight of their actual vocation, of course: Music for the heart and brain, cheerfully presented to the inclined audience as a distraction from sorrow and worry.

When it becomes clear during the course of the night that the hotel has finally been abandoned by all good spirits, Berta Epple decides to change tack and take over the business. In times of crisis, one should act anti-cyclically. Where others file for bankruptcy and close their business, Berta Epple opens a new life in a new hotel with a new program - open all year round!
