Big Mountain County - Wagenhallen Stuttgart

Big Mountain County were formed in Rome in 2013 when four guys from southern Italy met - two from the slopes of Mount Etna and two from the Adriatic coast. They immediately bonded over a shared love of The Stooges, MC5, The Velvet Underground and Joe Spencer, which led to the release of a 7-inch single bursting with raw garage rock & roll. This debut catapulted them on an exciting tour of Eastern Europe, visiting countries such as Hungary, Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Soon after, they moved away from pure garage rock and dived deep into the European neo-psychedelic renaissance, making a name for themselves in the vibrant European live scene over the following years, performing at festivals such as Sziget Festival, Binic Folk Blues Festival, ESNS and Fusion Festival, among others.
