It goes quickly at the registry office. Ear says: yes, I'd rather not. The Swabian dialect poet Josef Eberle (1901-1986), alias Sebastian Blau at Wortkino - Dein Theater,

a literary program with music

.

Josef Eberle was the founder and long-time publisher of the Stuttgarter Zeitung newspaper from 1945. Born in Rottenburg am Neckar in 1901, he trained as a bookseller in Tübingen. From 1928, he regularly published satirical poems and epigrams. Under his pseudonym "Sebastian Blau", he was able to publish Swabian poems after being banned from his profession in 1933.
His work is a miracle of Swabian character. Stefan Österle and Martina Schott tell the biography of the dialect poet and playfully recite lyrical, dramatic and essayistic works. Blau describes everyday situations with linguistic harmony and astonishing rhyming effect and enchants the listener with wonderful stories full of ironic cheerfulness. His clear, entertaining descriptions of Swabian idiosyncrasies are a delight even for those with a taste for

the

Swabians

:

no other German tribe develops such a pronounced sense of self-irony as the Swabians. Sebastian Blau is one of their most brilliant representatives. The program is complemented by typical songs.

with Stefan Österle and Martina Schott
