With its Christmas story and Peter Tchaikovsky's magnificent music, The Nutcracker is one of the most famous ballets. Inspired by E.T.A. Hoffmann's story "The Nutcracker and the Mouse King", renowned choreographer Edward Clug created a new version of the popular fairy tale in 2022 that is bursting with imagination, to which old master Jürgen Rose contributed a fabulous set. Clug's Nutcracker immerses the audience in dream worlds full of giant walnuts, funny camels and spooky mice - an enchantingly magical Christmas ballet for the whole family.
