In his show, Richling parodies personalities from politics and society. Boris Becker, judge Barbara Salesch and TV chef Horst Lichter sometimes pop into the studio. The titan of German cabaret has only invited the premier league of celebrities in Germany to join him. However, no one came. So Richling simply plays his guests himself. This results in the funniest and wittiest soliloquies that cabaret has to offer.
On five evenings a year, Mathias Richling takes on current celebrities from politics and entertainment, recorded in front of an audience in the SWR studio in Stuttgart. Here, contemporary society is dissected with wit, speed and depth and Richling is staged in his best roles."
