Dürnitz Night Call goes PROTEST!

Duration

300 minutes

As part of the experiential exhibition "PROTEST! From anger to movement"

Waving flags and globally shared hashtags, petitions and demonstrations with thousands of people - protest has many faces and is more topical than ever. At the Dürnitz Night Call, visitors not only enjoy top-class electronic sounds and fine after-work cocktails, but this time they can also immerse themselves in the world of protest thanks to exciting tours through the new special exhibition "PROTEST! From Rage to Movement" and the Landesmuseum's permanent collections, visitors can also immerse themselves in the world of protest. In addition, the S.O.S. Mobile of the Stuttgart Youth House Society, a mobile escape room, will be visiting the Landesmuseum Württemberg for the first time and can be tried out.

Tonight's main act is also politically active: queer feminism is very important to Aglaia. She knows how to wrap up her audience with a melodic 4/4 beat and at the same time address the reorganization of the electronic music world. To ensure that more women behind the decks does not remain a myth, her fast-forward techno sound stands for all women who belong in the spotlight and are aware of their charisma and impact. Local support for the evening is Zekt.

The Dürnitz Night Call is a joint project of the Pop-Büro Region Stuttgart and the Landesmuseum Württemberg. At the after-work event, DJ sets meet guided tours until late at night. The Dürnitz, a hall in the Old Palace that has been used for celebrations since the Middle Ages, is a museum foyer, lounge and event venue all in one. The name "Night Call" is borrowed from the Kavinsky track "Night call" and stands for an invitation to ring in the night in the museum with good drinks and selected live sets.
