Eltern-Baby-Zeit I Teil 1 in Stuttgart Ost

Course for mothers and fathers with babies born in February/March 2025.

What do we do?
- Get to know other moms and dads with the same issues.
- Consciously create relationship time.
- Time to admire, observe and understand your baby and others.
- Gather play and movement ideas.
- Discovery time for your baby with other babies.
- Input on child development and baby care. Input on topics relating to child development and baby care.
- Develop ideas for shaping your new role as a parent.
- Exchange and suggestions for self-care.
- Time for questions that concern you in everyday life with your baby.

Bring along:
- Diaper bag
- 1 mat for yourself + 1 mat for your child (2 yoga mats)
- 1 drink
- 1 changing mat if necessary
- Socks
- Wear comfortable pants for sitting on the floor.

Helpful information:
- If you do not have a mat, you can borrow one free of charge on site.
- Elevator available.
- Stroller parking available.
- Baby changing facilities available.
- Please remove your shoes in front of the classroom.
- Photography and filming is not permitted during the entire course.
