What is it that makes our writing, our storytelling, so idiosyncratic, so strange? If we forget the social urge and compulsion towards normality and conformity for a moment, we must honestly admit that, due to our own experiences and circumstances, our ways of storytelling differ more strongly and strikingly from one another than we are used to in today's ubiquitous mass suitability.

Michael Fehr's inclusive writing workshop is not about having to be peculiar, but about discovering the aspect of peculiarity as a strength in order to be able to consider it as a potential in the future.
