In the times of need after the Second World War, many war widows had to see how they could provide for their children. To supplement her small pension, Gisela Pfleiderer, born on January 9, 1913, initially worked as a saleswoman for dowry bed linen and was therefore constantly on the move. She creatively and skillfully implemented the idea of making angels for sale. With the support of her family, she developed the necessary techniques herself and was successful. Eventually she exported angels worldwide! Since her death on May 28, 2005, her daughter Ruth Gisela Evers has looked after the workshop and made interesting figures herself.
