There are situations in which you have to decide between two or more alternatives and do not know which of the decisions is the "right" one in the long term. Logically, we speak of decision-making problems when we are unable to make a decision and endlessly delay the decision, hoping that we will "find" it the next morning through even more thorough "pondering". Some people "lament" a decision afterwards and rack their brains over the question of whether it was the right choice for them.

Such difficult decisions can be, for example:
Which job offer do I accept? The job in Munich, Stuttgart or Hamburg?
Should I take the plunge into self-employment or not? Alone or with a business partner? Do I go for the "big" or the "small" solution?
Should I choose Maria or Ute? I love them both!?
Making decisions easier - you can learn to do that!
The more alternatives you have to consider and the greater the number of criteria that influence the decision, the more complex the situation becomes and the more difficult it is to make a decision. If there is also an inner urge (not to say compulsion) to make the "right" and "perfect" decision and not to make a mistake, you are probably "ready" for Friday Night Coaching or a seminar on decision-making.
