"Finale" - Die Abschiedstournee Zusatzkonzert
- Location:
- Theaterhaus, Siemensstr. 11, 70469 Stuttgart
It could have gone on forever: The "Stumpfes" with Bemberle and Linsengericht, with comedy, skill and countless instruments live on stage again and again, that would have pleased their numerous fans. But: "Oi mal isch rom", say the Stumpfes and go on a farewell tour. So much for the sad news. The good news: it can still go on forever. At least on CD. And in addition to all the previous CDs of unscrupulous house music by "Herrn Stumpfes Zieh & Zupf Kapelle" and all their own and borrowed songs, a new one will be added. And Selle, Manne, Flex and Benny have once again given their all, if not their last, to sweeten the farewell with their new songs. "Egalwosnogoht" - meaning high German, for example: Es spielt keine Rolle, wohin die Reise geht - is the name of the final work and it presents mainly their own songs. And it does so in the way that has become a guarantee of success for the Stumpfes: with humor and distinct musicality and with a fine sense for the absurdities of everyday life. Painful farewells? Not on the CD - even if a slightly wistful "Ade, 's war schee" can be heard and the title song "Ganz egal wo's nogoht" (It doesn't matter where it's going to be) is a musical way of celebrating the new phase of life. With these new and once again so ruthlessly catchy songs and their razor-sharp lyrics and the previous treasure trove of songs from 32 years, fans can also be sure: The Stumpfes' hits will still be there - no matter where the journey takes them.
