It's lantern time again! This time there are brightly colored houses with faces on the lantern. The sun, moon and stars are also included! We want to create a cheerful, whisking skyline on paper: a collage with two layers. We will use colored paper on tracing paper, supplemented with various pens.
In this way, you can see who lives in the city: human traits, but also animal ones, such as birds and cats, can be discovered. Houses and their inhabitants have a lot to do with each other! And both are so colorful and different. We take a look at Pop Art and look at the city through the eyes of artist James Rizzi. Every house here has its own personality, each one is different in color and shape, right down to the windows. Rizzi has designed real houses, railroads and cars with his graphics, for example.
This time we want to create a cheerful, whirling skyline on paper: a collage with two layers. We are using colored paper on tracing paper, supplemented with various pens. Glued around the base and lid, the picture can be made into a lantern and taken home.
