HISS

HISS have covered hundreds of thousands of miles, traveled first and third class,
on special trains and on soul sellers. They have performed in pubs and churches, in halls and dives, at weddings and funerals.
They played wild tunes and thoughtful ballads all over the world. They caroused in Zaragoza, partied in Fort Worth and fought in Casablanca. They slept in grand hotels and flats, in hammocks and waterbeds, on down and on straw.
They argued and made up, thought they were lost, but always found their way home and back to themselves, even in foreign lands.
Today, after 2798 concerts, 9 records and countless awards, their bold mixture of waltz and blues, folk and ska, polka and roll still delights fans and the arts pages.
HISS' music is still fresh, their performances are still full of power and their lyrics are a declaration of love for humor and life.
