I write in a blank document. You read. The gentle rhythm of my typing connects us. One letter follows the next as I navigate across the internet and deep into my memory in search of forgotten stories, lost voices and inventions.
"Untitled Document" is a silent solo performance that amusingly and poignantly weaves an intricate web of relationships between voice, identity, technology, memory and loss.
The starting point was research into the invention of the telephone, observations on its development history and thoughts on the insatiable human desire to make distances disappear.
