The ecumenical boys' choir collegium iuvenum Stuttgart is supported by a non-profit association. It brings the tradition of Christian boys' choirs into the 21st century. One of the choir's particular strengths lies in its broad repertoire, which includes works of sacred choral music from the Renaissance to the modern era. It is organized in the form of a choir school and systematically works with young talent, but is not a boarding school choir.

With its excellent musical quality, the boys' choir helps to shape the cultural life of the Stuttgart region and is also regularly present nationwide and internationally on annual concert tours. The young choristers have traveled to France, Spain, Finland, Austria
Spain, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Poland, the Czech Republic and Italy,
Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, Canada, Argentina and the USA.

The choir rehearses at the Domsingschule Stuttgart, which is also home to the professionally managed choir office. The choirmaster since May 2022 is Sebastian Kunz.
