A musical experience for the whole family! The BIX Jazzclub will once again become a musical adventure playground for jazz fans young and old.

The popular event series "Jazz for Children" invites children from the age of three and their families to an interactive and lively concert.
Under the direction of Prof. Mini Schulz and the newly founded ensemble of the Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts (HMDK), young visitors can playfully immerse themselves in the fascinating world of jazz - without any prior knowledge. With rousing swing rhythms, grooving melodies and imaginative arrangements, an exhilarating atmosphere is created that invites the audience to join in and empathize.

While the children take their seats right at the front, they experience a jazz band up close that reinterprets well-known children's songs and playfully conveys different jazz styles. Whether dancing ducks or swinging sailors - the music comes to life, creates enthusiasm and gets not only the little ones but also their adult companions going.

"Jazz for Children" combines music, movement and creativity to create a special experience for all the senses. With its lively and interactive performance, the HMDK ensemble will inspire children to make their own musical discoveries - even beyond the concert itself.

The event starts at 3 p.m. and lasts an entertaining hour. Children from the age of 3 as well as their siblings, parents, grandparents and friends are invited - because jazz is music for everyone!
