Animals like you've never seen them before. On Carnival Sunday
Experience a special carnival session in which movement, breathing and relaxation merge in a humorous way. The ancient Far Eastern forms of movement offer us fascinating animal forms - which we will explore together, sometimes vigorously, sometimes playfully, sometimes meditatively with a drink.
Accompanied by gentle breathing techniques and flowing movements, you will strengthen your body, relax your mind and recharge your batteries. We end the evening with a meditative sound journey - a moment of peace and recharging your batteries.
What do you need? Comfortable clothes or a funny costume, a drink of your choice (preferably a non-alcoholic beer) in a bottle, openness and a good mood. Mats and cushions are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat.
Perfect for anyone who wants to bring relaxation and lightness into their life - whether you already have experience with meditation and movement or would like to try something new.
Refuel once, then take off.
