Prof. Dr. Michael Mommert from the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences will give a lecture as part of the "Questions to Science".

Satellites continuously observe the earth's surface and collect vast amounts of data, the analysis of which requires flexible and scalable methods. Methods from the field of artificial intelligence have proven to be particularly effective here. In this lecture, the functioning of such methods will be presented using the example of satellite data and an exciting insight into a wide range of application areas will be given.
