with soloists from the SWR Vokalensemble in the Kursaal Bad Cannstatt
"When I'm happy, I have to sing". Children's concert in cooperation with the Baydur Foundation and the Stuttgart Youth Welfare Office. Soloists from the SWR Vokalensemble and soloist Michael Kuhn (piano) will perform. Together they will perform evergreens by the Comedian Harmonists and arrangements of children's and folk songs. Birgit Rismondo will host the concert.
We sing when we feel good. But even better: singing puts us in a good mood. The four singers of the SWR Vokalensemble and their pianist are also in a good mood at this concert. Dressed in tails and top hats and performing hits from the Comedian Harmonists and evergreens such as "Mein kleiner grüner Kaktus", they invite their young audience to listen, sing, dance and puzzle along. Because, as the lyrics of one of the singers say: "Singing is fun, singing is good for us, singing makes you clever and is healthy!" There's nothing to add to that.
Duration: approx. 45 minutes. Recommended for children aged 5 and over and grade 1. We offer a workshop and preparation materials to prepare for the concert.
Concert tickets: Admission free.
