Seven public lectures provide an insight into the results of important excavations and ongoing research projects.

Stuttgart's soil is home to important archaeological sites from all eras. The event provides an insight into the results of important excavations and ongoing research projects and thus offers a diachronic view of Stuttgart's archaeology for the first time. The time frame ranges from the Stone Age to the Celts and Romans to the early and high Middle Ages. Modern archaeology in Stuttgart is also examined for the first time.
