Ingolf Lück has done almost everything that is possible in the entertainment business: he is an actor, showmaster, director, entertainer and Dancing Star 2018. In 1982, he founded the rock comedy group "Das Totale Theater". Just three years later, he really took off as the presenter of "Formel Eins", the first and still most successful video clip show on German television. He became even more popular in the mid-90s as anchorman of the "Wochenshow", of which 250 episodes were broadcast. At the same time, he appeared in front of the camera for cinema productions such as "Peng - Du bist tot", "Otto - der Liebesfilm" and "Bang Boom Bang". In addition to his TV and film projects, Ingolf Lück has always remained loyal to the theater. As early as 1986, he took on the leading role in "Totenfloß" at the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus, made a guest appearance at the Hamburger Schauspielhaus and two years later appeared on stage with Die Toten Hosen in "Clockwork Orange" at the Schauspielhaus Bonn. His most successful directorial works include "Traumfau Mutter", "Traumfrau Mutter - reloaded" and "die 39 Stufen", in which he can also be seen in all the leading male roles. Ingolf Lück can currently be seen on German stages with his new solo program "Sehr erfreut!", the critically acclaimed media satire "Seite Eins - ein Stück für einen Mann und ein Smartphone" and the play "Brauchen Sie 'ne Quittung". Ingolf Lück caused a sensation when he won the TV show "Let's Dance" in 2018 at the "eternally young" age of 60. In 2023, the "Dancing Star" laced up his dancing shoes once again for the "Let's Dance Live Tour". Ingolf Lück has received numerous awards, including the German Television Award, the Austrian Romy and the Honorary Award of the German Comedy Prize. In 2016, he was awarded the Order of Merit of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia for his social commitment.
