Art & Yoga in the Hölzel House
Experience a unique combination of yoga and creativity! Under the guidance of experienced yoga teacher Manuela Ries and art geragogue Anke Böhm, we start with a 30-minute yoga session in the exhibition. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to put their own creative ideas into practice in the art school. Let your body and mind come into harmony in a relaxed way and develop your artistic side.
