Every child has a basic need for closeness and security.
Touch is an elixir of life and important for our emotional well-being.
The aim of the 'cuddle workshop' is to give space to these needs.
Enjoy non-sexualized closeness in a protected environment.Family therapist Virginia Satir: "We need four hugs a day to survive, eight hugs to remain stable and twelve to develop."

Actor and theater educator Horst Emrich has been sensitively bringing different people together for over 30 years. This experience flows into his cuddle parties, which he has been running successfully since 2004. Everyone feels part of the group.
Playfully, the hectic pace of everyday life is forgotten and left behind. From the very first moment, all our senses are addressed and activated. We perceive our world through hearing, seeing, feeling and smelling.
Haptic (tangible) perception is usually underdeveloped.
We learn to be like a child again, using our sense of touch to feel and sense our surroundings and thus discover and experience the world. We switch off our heads, let go and act intuitively again.
A workshop experience with a lasting effect.

Duration 13:00 to 21:00. With option to extend.
Admission 12:45.
The entrance is on the first floor and can be reached via a step.
