One thing is beyond question: the encounter between LENA&LINUS is cosmic. Whether you blame it on the stars or the magic of the internet is up to anyone who knows the indie duo. What began as a chance contact developed, with the groundbreaking idea of producer Tim Tautorat, into a duo that not only writes songs, but also shares a deep connection and captures the emotional state of their generation with a sure sense of melody.

2022 "Emilie" is released as a big bang single, the first EP "Fühlst du dich allein" lands in March '23 and support slots for Ok Kid, Mayberg, Betterov or JEREMIAS follow. LENA&LINUS sell out their first headlining tour and find themselves on countless renowned festival bills. EP #2 "Sekundenschlaf" followed in September '23 and the second tour in 2024: With band on stage and lust for live, LENA&LINUS play sets between punchy and tender. 2025 finally peaks for LENA&LINUS, as their long-awaited debut album "Wir verglühen" is released in March!

The songs on it are a coming of age soundtrack that takes place somewhere between the melancholy expanses of the universe, intimate moments of everyday life, wistful melancholy and youthful nostalgia. LENA&LINUS' songs are honest, direct and carry the heaviness and lightness of the growing pains of youth. "Our songs are written exactly as we would say them," the duo emphasizes, and you can feel it. Every single LENA&LINUS song is an intimate dialog between two friends who confide their innermost and most sacred feelings to each other. And that's exactly how their songs are created: as a couple, intimately, in a shared room.

So it's not surprising that "Wir verglühen" sounds like snapshots of soliloquies and friendship dialogues in which they reflect together on past adventures, lost moments and the search for identity. Thoughtful lyrics alternate with euphoric melodies - and manage to make the intangible process of growing up, which everyone goes through but only very few can describe, tangible.
